LTD Event Registration Disclosures IMPORTANT Notice: NO AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING IS ALLOWED.

This event is produced and offered by Leadership Team Development, Inc. (LTD). It has not been reviewed or endorsed by any other corporate entity. While the techniques and approaches suggested at this event may have worked for others, there is no guarantee that they will work for you. We do hope, however, that the ideas will assist you in developing a strong and profitable business. The success depicted at this function may reflect income from multiple sources, such as earnings from the sale of Professional Development Materials, speaking fees, or other businesses and investments. Purchase of this registration is optional and is not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy or the Buy-Back Rule of any other corporate entity. Children and nursing infants are not allowed to attend the general sessions.

LTD Event Satisfaction Guarantee

Within thirty (30) days after the completion of an Event, if you are dissatisfied with the content of the Event, you may request a refund of the purchase price of the registration to the Event, exclusive of the cost of travel, meals, or hotel accommodations, provided you have attended the Event and provide proof of purchase of the applicable Event registration.

Note: Registrations are not transferable from one person to another.

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE REGISTRATION IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, LTD, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

This registration shall bear no cash value. If this is a Complimentary Event registration, this registration shall not be exchangeable for cash or for a paid Event registration.

Pursuant to the Enhanced Amway Promise Program (“EAP”), and as more specifically set forth in the Quality Assurance Standards Program Standards, IBO represents and understands that there is no cost to become an IBO. In addition, IBO represents and understands that for IBOs in their first Amway contract year, as defined in the Amway Registration and Renewal Agreements, Approved Providers, such as LTD, are not permitted to charge first contract year IBOs for any BSM. This includes any and all Event or Function Registrations. First contract-year IBOs are not permitted to purchase BSM from an Approved Provider or an IBO. To the extent LTD provides BSM to a first contract year IBO, those BSM will be complimentary. IBOs in their first contract year cannot be charged, directly or indirectly, for any BSM.

Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the registration purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly. This includes vulgar or abusive language, or someone who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

This registration is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the registration. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Registrations obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void. Holder agrees by use of this registration, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance, exhibition or event for which this registration is issued. Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event in conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises.

This registration cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. It is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This registration is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this registration in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).

Recording of LTD events is strictly prohibited. LTD events are governed by an all-rights- reserved copyright policy. In accordance with this policy, LTD prohibits any and all personal recordings of any LTD event. This includes major weekend conferences, weekend leaderships, team meetings, Info Session training, attitude sessions, and night owls. Audio, video, and cellular recordings of these events are not permitted. All audio and video recording devices are prohibited on the premises except by the expressed written permission of LTD. Any attempt by unauthorized personnel to record these events may result in the confiscation of and forfeiture of the recording device. No recording devices will be allowed into LTD events and all bags, briefcases, and backpacks are subject to be searched. THIS IS YOUR REGISTRATION.
